From map to Journeys.

Once you have finished compiling the map and defining the journey for each objective, all you have to do is design with Journey Design!

You have available to you:

  • Assets: all the tools and touchpoints at your disposal

Define and set up the assets.

Design the ideal path for your starting target and use the best assets to bring your contacts towards your goal:

Workflow: create structured communication flows based on the behavior of your contacts or customize a specific experience.

Communication: set up a targeted and specific communication based on the path of the journey.

Landing Page: expand the communication through a multi-channel navigation, exploit the potential of the landing pages for download, profile contacts, acquire and create an intermediate step of conversion.

On-site message: integrate your portals/sites/eCommerce to build an increasingly multichannel path connected to the navigation needs of your contacts. Customize messages and build personalized actions.

Web Tracking: track the behavior and actions of your contacts and map the results according to the path set in your Journey.

Set up the assets and move to the Journey Lab.

Once the design phase on Journey is over, it is time to set up all the activities and communications of the assets inserted with the Journey Lab.

Click on the individual icons; once the basic information has been defined you can go to the Journey Lab section to set up and create your Workflow, choose the template of your communication and populate it with the Giotto editor. The same goes for all the other assets.
